I have more abs than most of the guys in my martial arts class
I’ve had BDD for 6 or 7 years
No, I’m not a size 4. You can’t see my ribs, and my hip bones don’t stick out a great deal. I can’t eat what I want and be skinny, I have to work which gives me muscle.
But I am strong, fit and healthy. And most importantly I am attractive. So all of the people over the last 7 years who have called me fat, ugly and worthless, I’d like to thankyou. I’d like to say thankyou for making me a stronger person, physically and mentally. But most of all, I’d like to say- fuck you.
This is my girlfriend, this is what she has achieved. Yeah she has BDD but she is getting over it. She is so beautiful, so amazing and she is SUCH a strong girl. I’m so proud of her for putting this picture and trying to get over the BDD.This girl is amazing and I love her so much, I’m so proud of you em! you can do this babe x
